Terms & Conditions – Crafting Out of Spite

Welcome to Crafting Out of Spite™. By shopping here, you’re agreeing to the following terms. Read them carefully (or don’t — but by clicking “buy,” you’re basically saying you did).

1. Products

All items are handmade, which means small variations, quirks, and imperfections may exist. That’s the charm of human hands (and occasional glitter burns). If you’re looking for factory-perfect, this is not the shop for you.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are only considered confirmed once payment has been processed. I accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Prices are listed in USD and may change without warning if I decide chaos demands it.

3. Shipping

  • Orders ship from Rochester, NY (aka the land of lake-effect snow, lilacs and seasonal depression).

  • Shipping timelines will be displayed at checkout, but once the package is in the hands of the postal service, it’s out of mine. I don’t control delays, lost packages, or your mail carrier’s attitude.

  • You’ll get tracking information when your order ships.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Because items are handmade, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged.

  • If your item shows up broken, contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos so I can make it right.

  • Refunds, replacements, or store credit will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your chaos is already on its way.

6. Use of Products

All items are intended for personal use. If you try to eat, set fire to, or otherwise misuse my creations, that’s on you.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photos, descriptions, and branding belong to Crafting Out of Spite™. Don’t steal my work or my vibe — it’s tacky, and I will be spiteful about it.

8. Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for:

  • Paper cuts, hot glue envy, or glitter explosions.

  • Postal service mishaps.

  • Your cat stealing your bookmark.

Basically, if something goes sideways outside my control, I can’t be held liable.
